You can easily book via our website using the 'Calculation' menu, which you'll find on the right side of the screen for every trip. The module will guide you step-by-step through the booking, so be sure to read all options carefully.
If you wish to adjust something in your booking afterwards, you can do so by contacting our office. Later, you will also need to provide your identity cards (or international passports for travel outside Europe).
Indicate your preferred payment method via the selection menu: bank transfer or online payment if you wish to pay with your Visa or Mastercard.
The entire booking procedure can be completed by phone. All options will be discussed verbally, and one of our employees will create the booking.
Payment is only possible via bank transfer.
Call for an appointment and visit us at our office to book your trip together with one of our employees.

After your booking, you will receive an email with a detailed overview of your reservation and payment. It is also possible to receive all documents by post.
Before your departure, we would like to invite you to an (online) information session. There, we will go over the program, all the last details, and you will also receive a lot of handy tips. This way, you will depart well-prepared for your trip.
Approximately 1 week before departure, we will send you all travel documents by email or by post.
