07:00 AM – Depart Kampala in a 4x4 safari vehicle, driving southwest via Masaka–Mbarara route.
10:00 AM – Stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for photo session and demonstrations.
01:00 PM – Lunch en route in Mbarara town.
05:30 PM – Arrive at Gorilla Safari Lodge, check-in, and relax by the forest edge.
07:30 PM – Dinner and overnight stay.
