Located deep in the acacia woodlands of Nakasongola, the lodge offers cozy forest chalets and serves as the perfect base before exploring the vast wilderness of Murchison Falls National Park. This short safari includes game drives, a Nile River boat cruise, and an optional chimpanzee trekking experience in Budongo Forest.

07:00 AM: Depart Kampala by road heading north to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary (approx. 3.5 hours).
10:30 AM: Arrive at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided rhino tracking experience on foot.
12:30 PM: Check in and have lunch at Amuka Safari Lodge nestled within the sanctuary.
03:30 PM: Optional nature walk or birding in the sanctuary’s forested trails.
07:00 PM: Dinner and overnight at Amuka Safari Lodge.
Accommodation: Amuka Safari Lodge (Luxury Chalet)

06:30 AM: Early breakfast and checkout.
07:00 AM: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park via Masindi and Kichumbanyobo Gate (approx. 2.5–3 hours).
10:30 AM: Enter the park and begin a game drive en route to Paraa Ferry crossing.
12:30 PM: Lunch at a lodge near the ferry or packed lunch on safari.
02:00 PM: Enjoy a Nile River boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls. Spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and birdlife.
05:00 PM: Optional hike to the top of the falls (moderate physical effort).
06:30 PM: Exit the park and return to Amuka Safari Lodge.
08:00 PM: Dinner and overnight stay.

06:30 AM: Early breakfast at the lodge.
07:00 AM: Optional drive to Budongo Forest Reserve for a chimpanzee trekking experience (permit required, pre-booking necessary).

11:30 AM: Begin return journey to Kampala.
01:30 PM: Lunch stop en route.
05:30 PM: Arrive in Kampala and drop-off at your residence or hotel.
