08:00 AM – Pick-up from Nairobi hotel; transfer to Wilson Airport
08:30 AM – Scheduled or charter flight to Chyulu Hills Airstrip (approx. 1 hour)
09:45 AM – Warm welcome by Ol Donyo Lodge team; scenic drive to the lodge
11:00 AM – Check-in and orientation; enjoy welcome drinks on the deck
01:00 PM – Gourmet lunch overlooking the plains
04:00 PM – Afternoon game drive, guided walk, or horseback safari
06:30 PM – Sundowners with views of Mount Kilimanjaro
