3 Days Murchison Falls Safari – Stay at Sambiya River Lodge

07:00 AM: Depart Kampala by road, heading north via Luweero and Masindi (approx. 5.5–6.5 hours).
10:00 AM: Optional visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking (extra cost).
12:30 PM: Stop for lunch in Masindi Town or at Kabalega Diner.
03:00 PM: Arrive at Sambiya River Lodge, located inside the park and close to the top of Murchison Falls.
04:30 PM: Relax at the lodge or take an optional walk to spot birds and small wildlife in the surrounding woodland savanna.
07:00 PM: Dinner and overnight at Sambiya River Lodge.
Accommodation: Sambiya River Lodge (Cottage or Standard Room)

05:30 AM: Early breakfast and depart for a morning game drive in the northern sector of the park via the Paraa ferry.
06:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Search for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, and Uganda kob on a guided game drive.
12:00 PM: Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
02:00 PM: Transfer to Paraa Jetty for a boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls along the Nile River.
05:00 PM: Optional hike to the top of the falls, where the Nile squeezes through a 7-meter gorge.
06:30 PM: Return to Sambiya River Lodge for dinner and overnight.

06:00 AM: Early breakfast and check-out from the lodge.
07:00 AM: Drive to Budongo Forest Reserve for optional chimpanzee trekking (advance permit required).
08:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Guided chimpanzee trekking experience through the pristine forest with Uganda Wildlife Authority guides.
11:30 AM: Begin your return journey to Kampala.
01:30 PM: Stop for lunch en route.
06:00 PM: Arrival in Kampala and drop-off at your hotel or residence.
